Keep your credit balance ready.
Choose optional auto top-ups, a monthly subscription, or both. Discounts apply separately. Each discounted enrolment is available once per company per option and continues while that option stays active. After a successful discounted purchase, cancelling and restarting uses the normal price. Unused purchased credits roll over, including after cancellation.

Know what you’re using.
When is a credit used?
When an invoice is accepted and saved to your company account. A generated recurring invoice also uses one credit. Extraction attempts, rejected submissions and duplicate invoices do not create another charge.
What does not use another credit?
Supporting documents, chat, telephone notes, payment records and further reminders on the same invoice. Your customers do not buy credits to view invoices they owe.
What happens if my credits run out?
Existing invoices keep their collection process. Adding new invoices and creating the next recurring invoice waits until you have more credits. The portal shows the balance and credit history.
Can I buy more credits by card or bank transfer?
You can request a credit pack from Invoice credits in your company portal. LedgerAction confirms the payable total and VAT before you accept and pay. Live card checkout and bank-transfer instructions are available only after payment setup is complete. A reported transfer waits for receipt confirmation before credits are added.
Can I purchase more than 1,000 invoice credits?
Yes. Contact us at accounts@ledgeraction.co.uk with the quantity you need. We will confirm a quote before you purchase.
I already use a client portal. Can I start my own company account?
Yes. Use your existing sign-in and create a separate company workspace. Your own invoices stay separate from the invoices another company has shared with you.
